3GPP SGd/GDd  Application ( 16777313 )

The SGd/Gdd interfaces enable the transfer of short messages between the MME/SGSN and the SMS-IWMSC, the SMS-GMSC or the SMS Router, and the alerting of the SMS-SC by the MME/SGSN. The alerting of the SMS-SC by the MME/SGSN uses the Diameter S6c application id (16777312).
