The OC-Supported-Features AVP serves two purposes. It announces a node's support for the Diameter Overload Indication Conveyance (DOIC) solution in general and it contains the description of the supported DOIC features of the sending node. The OC-Supported-Features AVP MUST be included in every Diameter request message a DOIC supporting node sends.
