Re-Auth-Request Gxx  Message ( 258 )

The RAR command is sent by the PCRF to the BBERF in order to provision QoS rules using the PUSH procedure initiate the provision of unsolicited QoS rules. It is used to provision QoS rules, event triggers and event report indications for the session.
