Visited-PLMN-Id  AVP ( 1407 )

The Visited-PLMN-Id AVP contains the concatenation of MCC and MNC. See 3GPP TS 23.003. The content of this AVP shall be encoded as an octet string according to table 7.3.9-1 in 29.272.
