VPLMN  <vplmn> 

Identifies the Visited Public Land Mobile Network in which a Localized Service Area identity is applicable.
The VPLMN contains the Mobile Country Code (MCC) and Mobile Network Code (MNC). This value is generally updated in the database whenever received in a message, or generated from another source (e.g. information from the originating node).
