Subscriber Group <group>
The name of group of subscribers (subscriber_group) identified during database configuration.
When neither start or end has been provided, this will set the start to the first subscriber of the group, and end to the last subscriber in the group.
When start or end is provided, this will set the start to the first subscriber of the group + start, and end to the first subscriber in the group + end, if the relative start/end are still within the size of the group.
