Default Destination Host <default_host>
Used for routing requests when no directly connected host matches the intended destination

This feature is used to facilitate routing requests via a Diameter Proxy when a specific destination
is required and not directly connected. If configured, this value will be used instead of the host learned
in the CER/CEA exchange.
