Indicates the type of identification to be used for the service subscription
Reference: RFC 4006
May be included with multiple values to cause inclusion of multiple Id type. Need to clear (using #CLEAR value) prior to including with new values.)

Wx, Rf, Ro, Gx, Rx, Gxx:

  Used to Specify the type of subscription identification send in the Subscription-Id AVP

  Affects value of Subscription-ID in: AA-Request Rx

Gx:

  Affects value of Subscription-ID-Type in: Subscription-ID

Rx:

  Affects value of Subscription-ID-Type in: Subscription-ID

Sd:

  Affects value of Subscription-ID-Type in: Subscription-ID

Sy:

  Affects value of Subscription-ID-Type in: Subscription-ID

  END_USER_E164 or END_USER_IMSI, depending on application

DESCRIPTION
END_USER_E164 The identifier is in international E.164 format.
END_USER_IMSI The identifier is in international IMSI format.
END_USER_SIP_URI The identifier is in the form of a SIP URI.
END_USER_NAI The identifier is in the form of a Network Access Identifier.
END_USER_PRIVATE The Identifier is a credit-control server private identifier.
ALL_AVAILABLE Sends a Subscription ID for each identifier provided.
#CLEAR Clears all previously defined values.
