Stop Node <stop>
Stops all applications and interfaces on this node.
The subscriber database is reset and active transactions will be marked as failed.
If actions/commands are incomplete, the node remembers and will restart the actions immediately
after the node is restarted and connected. If an incomplete action is to be reset before the node is
restarted, a new action command should be issued with the same name with a rate of 0 or with the event of
'none'.
