Security-Context  IE ( 40 )

The Security-Context IE provides security related parameters to the eNB which are used to derive security keys for user plane traffic and RRC signalling messages and for security parameter generation for subsequent X2 or intra eNB Handovers, or for the security parameters for the current S1 Handover. For intra LTE S1 Handover one pair of {NCC, NH} is provided for 1-hop security.
